CUSTOM PRINTED MAILER BOXES

Custom printed boxes sets your business apart from the rest. These box mailers are pritned to White E flute corrugated board, easy to open and close and then fold fully flat for storage or recyclying. These can be printed on the outside or inside to add colour and branding to your custom boxes.

BRANDED BOXES WITH 3D PREVIEW

We have made creating your mailer boxes even easier with our design online with 3D preview experience. Simply click on the “Design Online” button and you will open the box design editor. Here, you can design your packaging and see in real-time a 3D model of your creation. Add text, change colours, upload logos etc. Its a great way to create your mailer box! Boxes are printed CMYK. We recomend you put all text and logos a minimum of 10mm from any crease or cust line. The final product may differ slightly by up to 5mm from the original, please design your boxes with this in mind.

CUSTOM PRINTED POSTAL BOXES

The product is delivered flat. We recommend creasing each fold before assembling the box. Fold up one of the box's side flaps ans slot the side flap into the hole on the base of the box then repeat on the other side. The box is now ready to be filled. Close the lid, inserting the flaps into the slots created at the sides.

BLEED EXPLAINED

Ink that prints beyond the trim edge of the page to ensure it extends to the edge of the page after trimming. As there is a degree of movement when printing on any press, you should always create yoru custom box to have a minimum of 5mm bleed on all edges where bleed is needed.
